To Voyage Without Fear
Salviac is a small town in the Lot department in southwestern France. It is located near the more famous towns of Rocamadour and Cahors, and lesser-known but striking gems such as La Roque-Gajeac, the gardens of Marqueyssac, and Château de Castelnaud.
What a fantasy to house sit in Sicily for a month. We couldn’t believe our luck - from the picturesque French Alps to postcard-worthy Sicily? Our month in Sicily did turn out to be a fairy tale, with all the twists and turns that those tales often provide.
